Discover your own unique strengths and values and carve out a life path that truly feels like you. Learn how to live a life with a deep sense of purpose passion and meaning. Get the tools to stay on track over a lifetime.   Learn the basics of meditation as well as some simple practical tips to help your practice flourish and integrate mindfulness into your everyday life at work and at home.   Each week you will be taken through a range of relaxation techniques, guided meditations, and mindfulness awareness exercises that can be integrated into everyday life. You will be encouraged to practise exercises and meditations in your own time. The course is broken up into four two-hour long sessions, which will take place in a safe and secure setting. I like to keep the groups small so as maintain an intimate and supportive atmosphere.
