Theta Healing

ThetaHealing is cell-level healing, you see within our brains we have 5 frequencies which are Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta and Gamma, one frequency tends to be dominant depending on the situation you are in. When we are at the phase of deep meditation, sleep, or hypnosis, the dominant wave is Theta and it has been proven that being in this frequency you have the ability to lower stress and anxiety levels, deeper relaxation, enhancement to your mental clarity and creativity, minimise aches and pains levels, increase euphoria.   Most of us are living our lives in a state of constant stress.
